MY CAMPUS LIFE



When i was about to finish my  secondary education, I became eager to further my education and move to a higher level and atleast achieve and become why I wanted to be because my teachers used to tell me that what i would be few years after high school was what i will come out with from the university.

It came a time that my dream  came true and I got a chance to join the technical university of Mombasa. My first experience in the school premises was not that tough for me like any other new student in the school because atleast I knew one senior student in the school and that was my elder sister.


She was the one that toured me around the school atleast for me to familiarise myself with everything around the school and know various places in the school. My sister taught me different characters of different students and warned me against joining bad companies. 

Back to class now, new environment  new lectures, news students, everything was just new to me. Being that I was this shy student,many times I would just be quiet becausej felt like I didn't fit there. The studies were just hard for me didn't know that I would be able to survive to this end.

Luckily enough I got a friend who was in the same condition as mine as they say birds of the same feathers will always be together though she's from Eastern and am from Nyanza Kenya but she's just been a good friend to me. Most of the time we spend together and this has been keeping us away from bad groups and out if danger. 


For me, my experience in campus has not been bad because i have never gotten myself in any bad situation. I would say my journey has been smooth and for a fact i could tell that am sure after my final exams I will really miss what people call campus life.

 Modern campus students have become victims in toxic relationships lately. This is because most of them engage themselves in relationships without any knowledge about relationships and the expectations they had about relationships are not met.  Being in a toxic relationship does not involve beating alone but there are various signs that can show that you are in a toxic relationship,they include; disrespect, toxic communication, dishonesty,financial behaviours, ignoring needs.
