Martha Changing lives

When i was about to finish my  secondary education, I became eager to further my education and move to a higher level and atleast achieve and become why I wanted to be because my teachers used to tell me that what i would be few years after high school was what i will come out with from the university. It came a time that my dream  came true and I got a chance to join the technical university of Mombasa. My first experience in the school premises was not that tough for me like any other new student in the school because atleast I knew one senior student in the school and that was my elder sister. She was the one that toured me around the school atleast for me to familiarise myself with everything around the school and know various places in the school.   The current generation has been seen to be a generation with the highest number of youths. Many countries in the world especially Kenya with relatively youthful population stand a chance to solve the economic problem because of the energy and creativity that the youth have to offer. Due to the growing digital economy the youths can really help create demand for goods and services. Despite the fact that Kenya has the advantages of having many young people, we are at risk if the youths are not involved directly in the growth of the county's economy especially in the political world. The youths needs to be considered when the government is implementing in the Government's agendas in facilitating investments in attaining food securities, building affordable houses and affordable health care the young people are also directly benefiting from them.
